Bookings &Cancellation Policy
Bookings and availability request
- Availability should be requested by e-mail or fax. Availability request does not represent a confirmation.
- Bookings confirmations should be done by e-mail or fax.
- The confirmation request form should be sent with confirmation by e-mail or fax including: passengers full names, nationality, gender, valid passport number, any dietary or health details and/or restrictions.
- NWC is not responsible for special requirements if the information is not clearly specified on confirmation request.
- Vouchers are not required, though agencies can provide clients a voucher with their confirmation information.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- $ 200 non refundable deposit per person at the time of booking confirmation
- Full payment 30 days prior trip departure
- Cancellation within 15 days prior departure 50% penalty of the full rate, within 14 up to 1 day prior departure 100% penalty of the full rate.
The Napo Wildlife Center is not affiliated with and does not support the work of TROPICAL NATURE in Ecuador !
